Don't think of us as a typical health club membership facility

While we do offer a basic "club usage" membership, we feel our members will benefit far more by being involved in one of our many training and nutritional programs to work with a fitness coach in a small group setting or one-on-one.

Our very personalized approach to fitness allows use to work closely with our members to keep them on track and help ensure results.

It's one of the many reasons why we want more than just a new member, but an individual we can work with closely to introduce our philosophy of exercise and training methods that will help you obtain your fitness and performance goals in life!
