We focus on making each 50 min workout the most effective, challenging, and enjoyable workout you can get. Each session is a full body workout that includes an active warm up, cool down, core work, balance and flexibility, functional training, high intensity cardio work and resistance training. Each workout is different and builds on previous workouts. Functional training works the body through several planes of motion, uses many muscle groups at one time and help increase strength to accomplish everyday tasks. These workouts help you improve quality of life and health, build and tone muscle, burn more calories, increase strength, and is the fastest 50 min workout you can do.
We use a wide variety of tools to get you results, from body weight exercises such as pull ups, push ups and planks to functional training tools – trx, bosu balls, stability balls, kettle bells, resistance bands, battle ropes, dumbbells, and functional trainers. We also use spin bikes, jump ropes, and sprinting and plyometrics to increase muscle strength, power, and aerobic health through high intensity cardio activities. Yes. We have [R]EVOLUTION Training speed and agility camps for kids from 3rd grade on up. The goal with these camps is to increase the youth's confidence, coordination, speed, power, and strength. We get them ready to be the best in any sport they are participating in.
Yes. CLUB 24 has all the best training tools to maximize your times and training. We carry a full line of Polar heart rate monitors, the most accurate heart rate monitors available. We can even sync them at our clubs for you (if your heart monitor is compatible with flow link). We carry altra training shoes. These shoes feature a zero drop, which means that the heal and forefoot are at the same height. This allows for proper ankle, knee, hip, and back alignment when working out. You get stronger, safer. Training hard requires quality recovery so we carry a full line of massage, myofacial release, and trigger point products to help you maintain and promote full body health.
