We call our training program "Revolution" because sometimes you just have to revolt against the status quo, throw your bad habits out the door and learn how to workout smarter.
Our Philosophy: Don't just work harder, train smarter
Revolution small group training is the fastest 50 minute workout you will ever do. It’s all about customized, dynamic, full body workouts with high caloric expenditures, in a fun and positive small group environment. Because you work with a trainer you don’t have to wonder about what you need to do - just show up, have fun, and burn some serious calories. Your peers and trainers will be there to cheer you on. Small group classes are trainer led and peer-driven, providing an excellent combination of individual coaching and peer-motivation.
Revolution Training is not just for the experienced athlete, everyone can do it. Because Revolution is a guided individual approach to exercising, people of all fitness levels and physical status will be challenged at their level and abilities. Don't think you have to get into shape before participating, that's what we're here for. Just show up, plan on working hard and having lots fun and our trainers will take care of the rest. Expect serious results.
