With a focus on stretching, light movement, and light weights, the instructor will guide you towards keeping your health and improving your body for functional living. Receive an assessment during Golden Fit hours to find a workout that is specifically tailored to your needs. With Golden Fit, you can work at your own pace. NO competition or rushing, just you working with a trainer to improve your physical health.

This hybrid class incorporates TRX suspension training with spin bike intervals to get you a unique muscle pump while getting the cardio you need to burn that stubborn fat. Our trainers take you through beginning spin intervals while instructing you how to use TRX suspension training to add versatility to your workout.


Blacklight spin is an upbeat spin class with a twist! We take your run of the mill spin class and turn it up a notch by cranking up the music turning the lights off and the blacklights on. This class will get your heart rate racing, body sweating and take your cardio level up a notch. We invite you to have fun by wearing as much neon as possible!!
