Workout those quads, hamstrings, glutes, calves, and core with Club 24's Spin class. Take a seat on one of our stationary bikes and prepare yourself for a wild ride!

TRX / SPIN


This hybrid class incorporates TRX suspension training with spin bike intervals to get you a unique muscle pump while getting the cardio you need to burn that stubborn fat. Our trainers take you through beginning spin intervals while instructing you how to use TRX suspension training to add versatility to your workout.

BLACKLIGHT


Blacklight spin is an upbeat spin class with a twist! We take your run of the mill spin class and turn it up a notch by cranking up the music turning the lights off and the blacklights on. This class will get your heart rate racing, body sweating and take your cardio level up a notch. We invite you to have fun by wearing as much neon as possible!!

Team interval training is a high intensity, sweat dripping, heart pounding, muscle building, cardio blasting class meant to challenge each persons physical capabilities. We incorporate a wide variety of equipment into this upbeat interval session that will allow you and the rest of the class to push each other to your limits so that you can see the results you deserve.

Weight training is an hour-long muscle building sessions that will burn fat and get you toned and defined. Our trainers take the time to put together a well-rounded strength training sessions so that everyone can feel the benefits of the weight room while seeing the results of strength training.

Zumba Step focuses on strengthening and toning your lower body particularly your legs and glutes. Have fun and step it up!

TONING


Add some challenge to your Zumba workout with Zumba Toning. This class utilizes special maraca-like toning sticks to add a little resistance to your workout and tone those muscles.
