I enjoy seeing what my body is capable of. Knowing I can push myself to my own limit- not just physically but mentally as well- is very rewarding. There are many positive benefits to living a healthy lifestyle, but we don’t always have the correct knowledge to do so. We all deserve to experience how great our bodies were designed to feel.
