I never considered myself an athlete. Growing up, I wasn’t into sports or competitive by nature. I struggled with my weight through young adulthood, fluctuating 50 pounds up and down over 10 years. In 2009, I decided to make a change in my activity level and nutrition. The weight came off and stayed off. I was introduced to Crossfit in 2013 and quickly realized it would become my passion. I completed my Crossfit Level 1 Training in June 2017 so that I could share my love of this sport with others in our community. My goal is to continue to help people build strong, able bodies through functional movements.
My class offers constantly varied movement for every fitness level to improve strength, endurance, coordination, power, speed, balance and flexibility.
