My own struggles with nutrition and exercise have been my main motivation to helping others succeed. I have been on all sides of the fitness spectrum so I DO understand how hard it is to lose weight and keep it off. I want to see my clients succeed just as much as they want to succeed! I try to keep my workouts fun but challenging.
Outside the gym, my husband and I enjoy traveling (anywhere warm with sandy beaches), Kayaking or road tripping to one of many sporting events. Together we have five boys and two grand kids.
