Shauna is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer focusing on foundational movement patterns (push, pull, hinge, squat, and lunge) for developing overall strength. Working with a personal trainer to become physically strong brings a sense of empowerment and increased self-confidence, plus it’s fun! As a wife and mother of 3 college-aged sons, Shauna understands the challenge of balancing the demands of daily life with our desire to be healthy. She is passionate about helping people to move better, achieve goals and become stronger for themselves and their loved ones.
Over the past three decades, Shauna has learned that while fitness crazes may come and go, a routine based on fundamental movements is an excellent and sustainable way to realize consistent fitness gains. By taking the time to really listen to your needs, she will develop a feel for your lifestyle and expectations and create a personalized fitness program that will have you seeing results in no time. Shauna also works part-time at the front desk at Club 24.
